A Mock Supporting Paragraph
At 41, Marcia had raised the four of us and experienced a difficult divorce after nearly 20 years of marriage. Now remarried, having put me through my college and now working on my master’s and Aaron, my brother, who went through technical school for heating and cooling, Marcia wanted something for herself. My two youngest brothers, Axle and Alex, were still living at home and in high school. After years and years of child rearing and sacrifice at petty jobs, she made the decision to go back to school as she always wanted to do. The years she worked as a waitress at the Red Rooster Inn and as an order processor for Hallmark Cards had taken her as far as she could go skill-wise including physically and mentally. The blue collar job that she works at now, Hallmark Cards, leaves her with carpal tunnel syndrome and a strained body after nearly eight to 12 hours on the job each day. Now, she is ready to explore a more fulfilling and enjoyable career.
